This policy covers the website at goodgamework.com (the “Site”), run by GOODITWORK PTY LTD, trading as GoodGameWork (“we”, “us”). Each of our games has its own privacy policy.

The short version

• The Site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts.
• The Site has no accounts or sign-ups. The only form is the contact form.
• If you contact us, we use your message only to reply to you.

Information we collect

When you visit the Site

The Site is a set of static pages hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the Site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. When you use the contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional company or platform, and your message. The form is processed by Formspree, Inc., which delivers it to us by email (seeFormspree’s privacy policy). We use what you send only to answer you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not add you to mailing lists or sell or share your details.

Our games

Games may handle data differently from the Site. Each game has its own privacy policy, linked from its store page.

Children

The Site does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Storage and retention

Messages are kept in our email provider’s and Formspree’s systems for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet our legal obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and California, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to complain to your local privacy regulator. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
